CASH, MEDICARE, MEDI-CAL, ABILITY-TO-PAY (ATP) PLAN BASED ON INCOME, FAMILY SIZE AND SERVICE PROVIDED. PRIVATE INSURANCE, PERSONS CERTIFIED AS MEDICALLY INDIGENT (MIA) ACCEPTED.
