MEDI-CAL, CHDP - CHILD HEALTH, STATE FAMILY PLANNING, ABILITY TO PAY (ATP) PLAN BASED ON INCOME, FAMILY SIZE AND SERVICE PROVIDED. PERSONS CERTIFIED AS MEDICALLY INDIGENT (MIA) ACCEPTED.
