MEDI-CAL, ABILITY TO PAY (ATP) PLAN BASED ON INCOME, FAMILY SIZE AND SERVICE PROVIDED. PERSONS CERTIFIED AS MEDICALLY INDIGENT (MIA), MEDI-CARE ACCEPTED.
